What it is
The bang diem dai hoc is the academic transcript issued by a Vietnamese university. It is issued and sealed by the university registrar and is the companion to the diploma. Layouts vary by university and by year, and some transcripts also show grades on a 4-point or letter scale alongside the 10-point grade.
